Barry Gordon, M.D., Ph.D.

 

Dr. Gordon is professor of neurology and cognitive science, founder of the Memory Clinic, and holder of an endowed chair to study the treatment of brain disorders at The Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions. He is one of the world's leading experts in the study and treatment of memory and language disorders. His first book was Memory: Remembering and Forgetting in Everyday Life.

Dr. Gordon has authored/co-authored over 140 professional papers and book chapters. He has appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show, the Today Show, Good Morning America, NBC's Dateline, ABC's Nightline with Ted Koppel, CNN and many other programs, and is regularly quoted by The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Time Magazine and Reader's Digest, among many others.
