RMA

IM sees after-sales service quality as something as important as product quality. IM’s commitment is to deliver customer-oriented RMA service support for all DRAM components, DRAM modules, and NAND Flash products. We handle each RMA request in line with Warranty Terms and Conditions.

Customers can follow our RMA process flow for submitting a RMA request and obtaining authorization before shipping the physical goods to IM. Customers also assume all shipping charges on goods returned to IM while IM will assume all shipping charges on goods returned to the customer.

Packaging and shipping instructions for returned goods:

  • Package the goods appropriately to prevent shipping damage and to provide Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protection
  • Write the authorized RMA number on the outside of the box and shipping document for proper identification
  • Ship to IM’s RMA Service Centre

IM is not responsible for any losses or damages to the goods during or caused by shipment. Defective goods will be repaired or replaced wherever possible at no charge provided that goods are in-warranty, not abused, misused, neglected or modified.
