Since autumn of 2024, IM started offering two types of DRAM memory modules: IMSelect (IMS) and IMOriginal (IMO).  The former offering more flexibility, the latter far more control and longevity for the length of your application life.

IMOriginal: Control & Longevity

For applications that demand stability and long-term assurance, IMOriginal (IMO) should be your first choice. These modules are built exclusively with IM’s own DRAM components, giving you:

  • More control over your supply chain: No surprises from third-party component shortages.
  • A fixed Bill of Materials (BOM): Ensuring consistency and reliability, especially for industrial, embedded, and long-lifecycle applications.
  • Long-term availability: With IM managing the entire production process, you can count on a stable supply.

The choice between IMSelect and IMOriginal depends on what matters most to you or what your needs are right now.
