DRAM Modules - DDR2

The DDR2 (Double Data Rate Synchronous DRAM) is the further evolved, second generation of SDRAM technology. It offers higher speeds and less power consumption due to its reduced supply voltage of 1.8V.

For this technology, Intelligent Memory also offers specialized modules based on components with an embedded ECC functionality.  These modules turn a non-ECC module (64Bit wide data bus) into a device with the reliability of a typical ECC-module.
