Intelligent Memory's CFX Card

Intelligent Memory has launched a new CFexpress (CFX), CFast and SD media card series designed to help professionals take their production game to the next level. IM's memory cards are all-rounders, they're perfect for less or high demanding production jobs where a single card can get you through the day's shooting. They come in several temperature variations from 0°C to +70°C but also -40°C to +85°C for more extreme requirements.

Thermal Management protects the card and content from the effects of overheating. This feature is particularly useful for demanding formats such as RAW 8K+ recording or continuous shot photography which can place a heavy data burden on most camera systems.

With a capacities up to 960GB and a playback speed of up to 1700 MB/s, this CFX memory card is an all-in-one solution for professionals looking to push the limits of their cameras. The card has a maximum write speed of 1600 MB/s and can handle up to 1120TB of Terabytes Written (TBW).

The chipset is commercial, with a 2,000,000-hour MTBF and S.M.A.R.T functionality. The CFX media card also features security measures such as AES256 and random read and write speeds of up to 270K IOPS and 380K IOPS, respectively. Additionally, the CFX has a Thermal Monitor, Secure Erase Crypto Erase, and PSID (Optional for TCG OPAL 2.0) Quick Erase.
