DRAM Components - LPDDR3

LPDDR3 is quite similar to DDR3, but namely differs in its power consumption, voltage, and usage. LPDDR3's special design is made for low power consumption, making it ideal for mobile devices, while DDR3 is more commonly used in situated devices that are plugged in. LPDDR3 operates at lower voltages and typically at slower speeds compared to DDR3.
