DRAM Components - LPDDR2

LPDDR2 is quite similar to DDR2, but namely differs in in its power consumption, voltage, and usage. LPDDR2's special design is made for low power consumption, making it ideal for mobile devices, while DDR2 is more commonly used in situated devices that are plugged in. LPDDR2 operates at lower voltages and typically at slower speeds compared to DDR2.
