DRAM Modules - DDR1
DDR Double Data Rate SDRAM (also known as DDR1 or just DDR) is the successor technology of the Single Data Rate SDRAM. In comparison to previous SDRAM technologies, a significantly higher data transfer is achieved by transmitting data on both edges (rise and fall) of the synchronous strobe signal.
Intelligent Memory's portfolio covers densities of up to 1GB. For this technology, we offer special modules based on components with embedded ECC functionality. These modules turn a non-ECC module (64Bit wide data bus) into a device with the reliability of a typical ECC module.
